Jessica, the speaker of your poem is really forgiving and generous. I'm actually surprised about that, but like it. The second stanza, however, does not seem to characterize the speaker's personality in the first and last stanza. The speaker says "sarcastic mouth." But even though the speaker knows the plum eater was sarcastic or insincere in his/her apology, s/he still offered some seeds. Good job.
